Can I cancel my order?

But if you want to cancel the order, please contact us through service@mangocouture.com with an explicit subject on the email title so we can attend it to relative customer service specialist. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped, otherwise, you will be refunded 95% if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase because we will charge 5% cancellation fee. (Normally, you will receive the refund within 3 working days) Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 10% cancellation fee is applied.

Please note that we CANNOT cancel orders which have been shipped out or during the procurement process. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return for refund. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery as the undelivered package will be destroyed by the third-party logistics.
